I’ve used Colleen’s  services two times in the past. She was professional, courteous and extremely competent. The first time I used Colleen’s services was for a traffic infraction. I ostensibly passed a school bus with flashing red lights. She was able to reduce my penalty to no points on my license and a minor fine.  The second time I inquired about an issue I was having with Angie’s List. Her advice was extremely valuable.
